Hiroko hosted the lunch for our business partner TBC, (Tokyo Beauty Center), the most famous beauty centers in Japan. 新宿・Park Hiyatt Hotel内 にあるThe New York Grillで私たちのビジネス・パートナーであるTBCのためにヒロコがランチをもてなしました。 Hiroko is now TBC promotion model for one year. She is very lucky because she goes every week to have a full treatment, massage and also she receives permanent depilation treatment with laser-therapy, so that she will not have to worry about it in Vietnam. Previous promotional models in the past include superstars such as David and Victoria Beckam, Naomi Campbell. ヒロコは1年間の契約で、TBCのプロモーション・モデルを務めます。ラッキーなことに彼女は毎週全身トリートメントとマッサージ、そしてレーザー脱毛が受けられます。ベトナムでの心配は無用ですね。過去には、デイビッド＆ビクトリア・ベッカムやナオミ・キャンベルがモデルを務めています。 At the end of the lunch, Hiroko signed autographs on her page inside the official program for TBC Marketing and TBC Communication divisions. ヒロコはランチの後、TBCの公式プログラムに掲載されている自身の写真にサインをしました。 Behind the scenes watching are Sanae, MUJ head PR and Asami, Hiroko’s Manager PRのサナエとヒロコのマネージャー、アサミ Surprise! Next to our table was seated the beautiful Miss Universe Japan 1977, she actually competed in Mexico as well, and she crowned the movie star Manda Hisako in 1978. She is so beautiful and elegant. She told me that in her year nobody had prepared her for the Miss Universe Pageant, also she had to do everything by herself.(Same case-scenario for Sun in Korea….) サプライズ！なんとお隣のテーブルで食事をしていたのは1977年のミス・ユニバース・ジャパンでした！彼女が出場した世界大会はメキシコで行われ、翌年の1978年にミス・ユニバース・ジャパンに選ばれた女優の萬田久子さんに王冠を渡したそうです。彼女は美しくてエレガントな方でした。彼女が優勝した当時は、世界大会に向けて誰も手助けや準備をしてくれず、すべて自分で準備したそうです。（まるでミス・コリアのサンのよう…） We have been training all afternoon at my home. Then we went for an early-healthy-Japanese-dinner in Harajuku, with my family and Hiroko. Then we trained again down my office ,on Omotesando, with the street packed with people (as you can see on the pictures). Unfortunately, we left almost immediatly, because people were recognizing us and we had to run away! LOL 今日の午後はずっと自宅でトレーニングをしていました。そして原宿のヘルシーな日本食レストランで家族とヒロコと早めのディナー。その後、表参道にあるオフィスの外の通りでまたトレーニング。休日でとても混み合っていたので、通りを行き交う人たちが私たちの存在に気付いてしまい、すぐにその場を離れなければならない状況になってしまいました。 Hiroko is now running around the neighbood with her i-pod. She is running twice a day and she goes as well, to the gym twice a day…. superwoman! Go girl go! 彼女はi-podを聴きながら毎日近所をジョギングしています。ジョギングは一日2回、更に1日2回、ジムにも通っています。スーパーウーマン！ゴーガール！ Smart move,,,, she is getting for the “boot-camp-training” with me in France which includes: - climbbing trees, running in the sand on the beach early morning for 20 kms each day, then horse-riding for 2 hours a cru (no saddle) in the Camargue, running and high-jumping in the wineyards and also rock climbbing. And most importantly interview training in English. (Sun is fluent as she lived in New York for 3 years studying Fashion at Parson University. And, Hiroko’s English is basic, but she is improving day by day. 彼女はフランスで私との「ブート・キャンプ・トレーニング」に向けて準備をしています。その内容は… 木登り、毎朝ビーチの砂の上を20kmジョギング、サドルなしの乗馬2時間、ワイン畑でジョギングとハイジャンプ、ロック・クライミングなどなど。それから重要なのが英語でのインタビュー練習。サンはNYのパーソン大学で3年間、ファッションの勉強していた経験があるので英語を流暢に話します。ヒロコの英語はまだベーシックですが、日ごとに上達しています。 Asian Power!~*^　　　アジアン・パワ～！！ The year of Asia is not over, because Hiroko and Sun are going to be mega-competitive this year again. We expect nothing less than being in the top-5 for both of them. 「アジアの年」はまだまだこれからです。なぜならアジアは今年もレベルが高く、ヒロコもサンも二人ともトップ5に残ることでしょう。 oh… Hiroko is back home, I can hear the key turning in the door…………………… Hiroko says that she ran 45 mn around Meguro. She is going to watch the mini-DV that Miyako Miyazaki in 2003 had recorded behind the scnes at the Miss Universe in Panama so that she can “feel the competition” and she can observe and learn from the videos. あら、鍵を開ける音が聞こえた…ヒロコが帰ってきたみたいです。ヒロコは目黒周辺を45分走ると言っていました。今日はMini-DVに録画してある2003年に宮崎京が参加したの世界大会の舞台裏を見るそうです。大会の雰囲気を感じることができるでしょう。 Well, good night I am going to bed to watch a movie, my favorite thing in the world!
