That is actually what our Japanese and French doctors had told us: that we would have to put him in a mental institution for the rest of his life.

Well, we saved his life but “repairing him”. Luckily, we had the financial resources to do so. Many families do not have the money to help their child and this breaks my heart. (this is the reason why I financially adopted 16 children with mental challenge, in Cambodia. Because they do not have the money to get treated, also at least we help them by providing them with a shelter and decent food).
