I just arrived from Hawaii, the volcanic island of Kona. It is s beautiful over there, a deep visual contrast between green and black. It reminds me of Tenerife in Spain (cost of Africa), where I used to live before Hong Kong.

It was hard yesterday to leave my dear family, the radiant sun and my loving friends.

I hated saying goodbye and jumping all alone in the plane to make it on time to work today.But I love my work….

I will be speaking at an event at the prestigious Ritz Carlton from 8 pm. It is a DOLE event and I will talk about the benefits of including good amount of fibers and vitamins into our diet each day.

Dole is my favorite fruit and veggie provider because they have a class A products, bigger & tastier than most.

Many girls in Japan tend to think that fruits make you fat !!!! or buy food each day in local convenient stores. No wonders many young girls are depressed and cannot function normally. Food is so important for health and beauty. I am passionate and would do anything to deliver a message of health to women.
