We supported Dylan Palladino, a 15 years old teenager, my friend Denise’s son to raise money for children in Cambodia.

The next morning after the event, he wrote by email to everyone:

Dear Hunger Fighters,

Running to school (very late) but I wanted to say WOW I’m speechless. I’ve never been prouder or more humbled. Mobilising others to be change makers is part of what motivates me every day. Last night a room full of people I didn’t know realised the power they have to transform lives and they did just that! A million thanks to all of you for being so generous with your donations and for believing in the power of 1 kid. We had an amazing evening and raised over $110,000, and donations are still coming in.
