A report from Ishinomaki
My ex-MUJ team is now volunteering in Ishinomaki.
Erica Angyal, Takako Nakanishi, Sachiko Macaloon, Hiroko Mima and Asami Ferguson joined forces to spend a few days helping cleaning up areas that are devastated. They say that it is beyond imagination what they see… Erica will send me some pictures and updates soon. I just received these pictures from Takako.
Takako, I am so proud of you girls, I just wish I would be with you on this journey right now…

私とかつてMUJでチームを組んだメンバーが石巻市でボランティアに参加しました。
エリカ・アンギャル、中西孝子、マカルーン幸子、美馬寛子、ファーガソンあさみの5名は、被災地エリアの復旧手助けのために数日間作業をしています。彼女達が口を揃えて言うのは、実際の状況は想像以上にひどいということです。エリカが送ってくれる写真を後ほどアップする予定ですが、取り急ぎ孝子から送られた写真をアップします。
孝子を始めとする皆さん、私はあなた達を誇りに思います。私も共に参加したかったです…
