昨日は、35人の女性たちを我が家に招いて、マワキ（メイクアップアーティスト、山本周貴）にメイクのレッスンをしてもらいました。

佐藤トーグラー良美には、ウォーキングのレッスンをしてもらいました。

結果、なんと！2820ドルも集められたのよ！ 皆さん、お疲れさまでした！

オーガナイズしてくれたマウスとも子、メイクレッスンをしてくれた山本マワキ、お手伝いしてくれた関守ケイコと高島サトナ、佐藤良美、リン・マテュリン、通訳してくれた乘行（のりゆき）美樹、心からありがとう！

and a walking class with Yoshimi Sato Torgler.

Result?

We raised S$2,820!!!!

A message from Pierre Chetcuti this morning.


Thank you so much, dear friends in Singapore !

As I told Ines, we are all in a “good mood” here.
Tomorrow we all go together for 3 days off in the province.
16 persons in a small minivan will be some expedition!!

I want especially to share with you Oudon’s story and our happiness to him coming back with us.

Oudon (19 years old), was living with his grandmother in a slum, 10 Kms from our home.
He has some intellectual disability and cardiac problems.
2 days after his arrival, he went to the emergency hospital, where he stayed for one week.
Then his Grand-Mother took him back with her to the slum.

His neighbors called us: ‘Since Oudon came back, he keeps crying, he want to go back to ACH” they said
We immediately took a Tuk Tuk and went to pick-him up.

Oudon is reunited with us now, and he does not stop laughing in happiness….

This is one of a lot of little stories that are happening in our daily life, one little star shining one at a time!

As I told Ines, what we are doing all together, does really make sense in our everyday life. Together we build a better society, each of us in different places, but at the end we are linked together in compassion for the poorest.

Be sure that we are doing our best to be worthy by your actions here in Phnom Phen, thanks to you all.

Miss Russia pageant hit by scandal

This year’s Miss Russia beauty competition has ended after a series of scandals overshadowed proceedings.

The discovery of photographs of some of the contestants posing nude plus a sex tape involving others led to several disqualifications.

But at the end a girl with no scandal and recognized pure by the organizers, won the title.

A spokeswoman of the pageant told me earlier, that the winner should be:

-”Talented, clever, erudite, artistic, witty, graceful, flexible and most important of all: not without sparkle.”

(The winner is a student at the Siberian Railway University from Mezhdurechensk, 18-year-old Elmira Abdrazakova)

After fixing her teeth she will be ready to go. Because right now she looks a bit like if, she is just stepped out of Jurassic Park…
