I just came back from a weekend in Los Angeles to attend Ryan, my neveu Bar Mitzva and came across these pictures in my computer. I am so proud to be working with Japanese girls, they are the best. They are so versatile, they can switch from fragile-porcelaine-dolls to strikking-divas in a blink of an eye. They are so eager to learn, it is in their culture and they like to always challenge themself to its maximum, it is fun to work with Japenese girls for the 5 months leading to the final selection. You can see in these pictures how much sensuality they can project during a live show with thousand of guests watching and in front of 5 national televisions filming. Umbeleivable. I trust this is why they can feel so competitive at Miss Universe sekai takai, they already have this feeling that they own the stage and they have fun competiting, no stress only excitement. This year will be no execdption in Vietnam, Hiroko is improving amazingly, her walking, posing, talking, styling, her body is changing dramatically since she won. So exciting to watch every day the metamorphose. Hiroko is like a diamond which is getting cut and polished, a pink-panther in the making. I love my job, the best in the world! Thank you Japan for giving me the opportunity to work with your incredible young women. 世界中で一番輝いている日本人女性たちに感謝を込めて…！ 先週末からのLA出張から戻り、PCを使用していたら保存しておいた写真を見つけました。日本の女性達と仕事が出来る事を誇りに思います。日本人女性は素晴らしいです。彼女達は才能に溢れていて、繊細な陶器でできたお人形から、一瞬にして目も眩む様なディーヴァへと変身することができるのです。新しい事を学ぶことにも熱心で、いつもベストを尽くしてチャレンジし続けます。これは日本特有の文化かもしれませんね。ですから彼女たちと仕事ができる最終選考までの約5ヶ月間は本当に充実した楽しい時間です。 見てください、彼女たちは何千人もの観客と３局のTV局からのテレビカメラの前で、堂々と自分たちをアピールしています。素晴らしい。ステージを自分のものにし、楽しむことで、ストレスのない、「エキサイトメント（刺激）」だけを感じることができます。それを日本大会で経験することで彼女たちがミス・ユニバース世界大会で優位に立つことができるのです。ベトナムで行われる今年の世界大会も例外ではありません。ミス・ユニバース・ジャパンに選ばれて以来、ヒロコは更に磨きをかけています。ウォーキングやポージング、スピーチやスタイリング、ボディに至るまで驚くほど上達しています。毎日彼女が変化していくのを見るのはとてもエキサイティングです。ヒロコはまるでダイヤモンドの原石の様…美しくカッティングされ、磨かれて…。私に素晴らしい若い女性と働けるという世界一の仕事をするチャンスをくれた日本という国に感謝しています。 Bikinis by La Perla, accessories Anzata designed by Claudia Zuleta from Miami
