Alonso wins chaotic Japanese Grand Prix Formula One Since Formula One moved back to the Fuji Speedway last year after a 30-year absence, the question remained whether the newly designed track would provide exciting racing, after a rain-soaked event clouded the verdict last year. At the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday, run under cloudy skies but without rain, I attended both and the answer was an emphatic “Yes.” For the second race in a row, Fernando Alonso took the victory in his Renault. Although he won the Singapore Grand Prix on Sept. 28 thanks to a lucky break, this time the Spaniard triumphed by perfectly outracing everyone else. It was the 21st victory of the double world champion’s career, and his second in Japan, where he also won in 2006. My photo of the WINNING CAR!!!! It is prohibited to take any picture or film but nobody stopped me also I kept shooting, and now I can share with you. アロンソが優勝したジャパングランプリF1 昨年、３０年ぶりにF1が富士スピードウェイに戻って来てから、新デザインのトラックがどんなエキサイティングなレースを見せてくれるのか誰もが疑問に思っていたと思うわ。だって去年の雨でずぶ濡れのトラックは悲惨だったもの。日曜に行われたジャパングランプリは曇っていたけど雨は降らなくてよかったわ。 私は土曜、日曜どちらも観戦したんだけれど、新しいトラックは間違いなくとてもよかったわね。 2連続のレースで、フェルナンド・アロンソがレノー車で勝利を収めたの。今回でアロンソは世界チャンピオンの成績の２倍にあたる２１回目の優勝 を遂げたことになるみたい。日本での優勝は２００６年に次いで２回目よ。 下の写真を見て！！優勝した車よ！！本当は写真を撮るのもビデオを回すのも禁止されてるんだけど、誰も止めないから撮り続けちゃったわよ。だからこうして皆さんと写真を共有できているんだけどね。 I must have spent 10 minutes looking at every details and how the technician were busy with the latest controls. wow incredible… only minutes later this same car will be flying on the circuit and taking it all! この車の隅々まで眺めたり、技術者の方々が最新の技術で整備しているのを観察してたら１０分は経ってしまっていたわ。もぉ本当に信じられないわ…この直後にこの車がサーキットで飛び回って優勝しちゃったんだから！ Few people, least of all Alonso, could have predicted that in a race in dry weather the Renault could have done so well, as the car had underperformed through most of the season. But there were two main factors that contributed to his performance. The first was that the race had one of the most chaotic starts of any this season, and the second one that the guys visited the Renault pit right before the race started. Renault used to be my partner in MUJ 2002 also they called me in when they saw us walking the pit lane. レノー車が天気のあまり良くない中、レースでこんなに素晴らしい成績を収めるなんてあまり誰も予想できなかったんじゃないかしら。だって これまでどのシーズンでもあまりいい走りをしていなかったものね。 でも今回レノー車が好成績を収めた大きな要因が２つあるの。まず、 この季節特有の不安定な天気だったってこと。そしてレース直前にレノー車の整備が出来たということよ。レノー車は２００２年のMUJのかつてのパートナーだったの、だから彼らが私達をピットレーンで見つけて中に呼んでくれたのよ。 More pictures coming up soon!
