Riding my new horse yesterday at my parent’s home. I still do not know her name,,,,, I am waiting for her papers which will tell me her name. I only know that she is 17 years old, that she was used to make babies because of her pedigrees and was going to be killed tomorrow Monday because “she is too old”… I just adopted her and tomorrow she will not be killed. I am already in love with her, there is a softness in her that is unique. I took her from the butcher directly, and somehow I feel that she knew that it was the end for her…. I am happy to be able to save a life. She is beautiful.

My Lifestyle

I am a strong believer that life becomes even more beautiful when you surround yourself with beautiful things and people.
Making my home beautiful was my first mission when we moved to Singapore.
I dedicated a full month to work on the decoration, buying furniture, choosing unique wall papers and stunning lighting.

Even Lyn, my housekeeper is stylish! When she started working for us I bought for her ,3 “uniforms” at Zara.
I chose everything in black and created 3 different looks.
I also took her to have a new haircut, had her upper-lip waxed and I taught her how to do her make-up.

Because if everything is pretty at home and your housekeeper wears ugly clothes and make-up, and she is walking around all day at home, it does not make sense.
Trust me she loves her new look and feels good about herself.
At the end of the day, she takes care of my children and I want her to feel happy, so that my children will feel happy in return.

Breakfast & my friends Nedine and Emily

To me, it is very important to eat healthy, to exercise and spend time with my children and my friends.
Also I try to include my children while working in order to spend more time with them.
I start my day with a good breakfast, including, fruits, organic tea or coffee, yogurt and fresh brown bread.
I take each day, my vitamins and supplement religiously.

Singapore Polo Club
Then around 7:30 am, after sending my sons to school, I go horse-riding in the jungle for 2 hours, before the sun becomes too strong to be outside with my horse.

I love having friends at home for lunch, also I prepare a salad, grilled fish or meat and a fruit plate for desert.
It is always nice to share quality time with good friends, mine are from every age from 20 to 55 years old.
My sons are used to come home from school and to found me taking pictures with models, and sometimes I even include them in the shooting. They are okay with it.

They aren’t shy, they are very social, opened minded, we speak about everything at home, there is no taboo, because of the way they grew up, of being surrounded by beautiful girls during my years with Miss Universe and IMG Models.
I think that they will have quite high expectation when they will choose a girlfriend later on!! :)

To me fashion is pure art and part of my everyday life, also I give it a prime space into my home.
I created a display in my living room with my favorite shoes exposed as if in a retail store.
I even put my favorite designer boots inside 2 cabinets!
In Japan, I dress up the most because Japanese people are so stylish.
In Singapore I also dress up but more casual even though I wear heels always.

We have a house in the South of France close to Montpellier and we spend the 2 months of summer holidays in family.
We invite our friends from all over the world to come visit us and to stay with us.
It was a farm that I transformed into a kind of summer-resort (we have 12 bedrooms in total!) .
Everyone take turn to cook, we share wines, organize parties at night. It is always so much fun!
It is the best time of the year for me, the happiest time when I am surrounded by my entire family and my dear friends whom I do not see during the rest of the year.

During the year the house is put to sleep except when we give to to charity. People donate money to my favorite founds and in exchange we allow them to stay in our home, the money 100% given to charity.

My healthy recipe of the day…. Coconut & Berries Dreamsicles

BLUEBERRIES COCONUT DREAMSICLES, YUMMY!

Prep time: 5 mins | Serves: 8
Ingredients
(Always use organic ingredients when available.)
1 cup blueberries
⅛ cup liquid sweetener (I use Coconut Nectar)
1 lemon juiced
12 oz coconut milk
Pour sweetener and lemon juice over berries and mix gently
Put coconut cream in a medium mixing bowl and whip until thickened adding in the blueberry mixture while whipping. Some of the berries will break down releasing their juices and creating texture. If you want the berries whole hand mix them in gently using a rubber spatula. If you prefer a quicker alternative and a more purple colored pop simply blend all of the ingredients together.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Place a 6 inch twig in place of the stem and freeze for 2 – 6 hours or until completely frozen. Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull popsicle from mold.

ENJOY! :)
