この写真、大好きよ！美馬寛子ちゃんがミス・ユニバース・ジャパンのタイトルを優勝したところ。明らかに彼女は予想していなかったわ。他に９人のファイナリストがいたけども、審査員は彼女を選んでくれたの。彼女はミス・ユニバース出場の２年前、父親をひどい事故で亡くしてしまっていたの。彼女は家族を喜ばせ、お母さんの希望に満ちた笑顔をまた見たかった。これが、彼女にとって、ミス・ユニバース・ジャパンの座を得る大きな動機となったわ。優勝者の発表はいつ見ても迫力のある瞬間だわ。この日は、絶対、彼女の心の中で喜びは、十倍だったに違いないわ。
I love this picture. Hiroko Mima had just won Miss Universe Japan title. She definitely wasn’t expecting it. The judges chose her among nine other finalists. her Father had just passed away a couple of years ago, in a terrible accident. She wanted to make her family happy again, see her Mother smile with hope. This was her motivation towards winning.
It is always such a powerful moment when the results are announced. This time it was time ten, inside her heart, for sure.

I just lost 2 kilos this week, by replacing my lunch with this yummy bar.
I am very busy with many things to do for our summer home, plus riding horses everyday.
Also this is perfect and easy.
I pack in a little bag:
my Gerlinea bar, an apple, and a fresh lemonade that I prepare the day before by adding a quarter lemon and orange to fresh water.
I drink more than a liter around the time that I eat my Gelinea bar and my apple.
And I swear I am NOT hungry at all until diner.
Conclusion: you can replace a meal with this yummy bar and plenty of lime-water or tea.
You will be able to fit again your favorite jeans that you could not wear anymore.
You will feel confident in a bikini this summer.
