カズの尊敬できるところは、彼の会社では約98％女性社員を雇用していて、会社のＮｏ．２は女性ということ。

He has turned a “Made in Japan” fashion Brand  with the marketing and communication tools of a European luxury fashion house.

彼はヨーロピアン・ラグジュアリー・ハウスのマーケティング戦略とコミュニケーションを利用し“ＭＡＤＥ　ＩＮ　ＪＡＰＡＮ”ファッションブランドを変えたのです。

He is innovative but prudent. He is very generous with his friends and loves to share, is a happy person and the best of the best is ……that he has built a nursery in his office building for his staff to be able to see and breastfeed their child while working! Bravo!

彼はチャレンジ精神が旺盛ですが、慎重な性格です。友人たちにとてもオープンで、いつもハッピー。 そして何よりもすごいのは、彼のオフィスビルに保育所を作り、スタッフが自分の子供の世話や授乳できるようにしたんです。 ブラボー！！
