Last Tuesday evening, I surprised Takako with 50 people hidden in my living room waiting for her silently. I asked Takako to come pick me up at home to have diner somewhere toegther close by t celebrate her birthday. (先週火曜日夜、私の家でMUJ事務局スタッフのタカコのサプライズバースディバーティをしたの。タカコには私の家に寄って一緒に食事でも行こうと誘っていたのだけど、実は家には５０人位の人が隠れて彼女を待っていたの） When she arrived I asked her to get my bag inside my living room while I was putting my coat on ready to leave my home . The taxi was supposively waiting outside… then she saw everyone jumping on her singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY miss TAKAKO japan! She was so surprised, because she knew i was in bed with a huge fever for the past 4 days, also she did not expect that I would have arrange this sandwich &champagne party for her! （彼女が到着したとき、私はコートを着て出かける準備をしていたの。タカコに頼んで、リビングルームにある鞄を取りに行ってもらった瞬間、皆がワッと出てきてハッピーバースディ・ミス・タカコ・ジャパン!!といって飛び出したの。彼女は私が熱で寝込んでいたことをしっているから、誕生日会が開かれるとは思っていなかったみたいで、とても驚いていたわ!） It was fun because I invited all her team of co-workers at MUJ and the 23 finalists. Some finalists had arranged a satch and aslo they had transformed themselves to match Takako’s funky style! （誕生会には、MUJ全スタッフと、２３人のファイナリスト達が来てくれて、賑やかで楽しいパーティになったわ。何人かのファイナリストがタカコを真似てファンキーな格好で登場したのよ!） Again, Happy Birthday Takako! （お誕生日おめでとう、たかこ！）
