“Bi-Method” magazine on sale now!!

I wrote this post in the beginning of the month in June, but couldn’t post it until the magazine was published.

The magazine will explain an exercise system my personal trainer, Kristina, teaches. It’s called “Body Coordination.”

Yesterday I did a record of non-stop 6 hours photo shoot and TV interview.

I collaborated with Kristina, my personal fitness trainer, for the release of her own book about exercise and fitness. This was unbelievably hard as it was straight from a red eye flight from Singapore to Tokyo!

And oh wait… it did not finished there… then I went to a magazine interview which started at 9 pm!!!! Until 10 pm. I reached my bed at almost 11 pm, in agony!

But the pictures are great. My photographer was Matsuki Kohei with whom I worked a few times in the past. I loved it because I totally directed my own shoot yesterday. It is fun to have total freedom in a shoot.

Sunao from T&G Harajuku did my hair and Aki Oowada did my make-up (as almost always). I was so happy to be with my dear team again! (Shige, Emiko, I love being in Tokyo and working 24 hours. It is an incredible energizing city. I love you guys.

私はこのブログの読者全員に自分の考え方、経験をシェアしようと努力しています。仕事、友人との交流、イベント、そして最も大事な仕事である母と妻としての役目を果たすべくとても忙しい毎日を過ごしていますが、このブログを読んでいる女性読者と私の人生経験を共有することも大好きなので、出来る限りブログを更新しようと頑張っています。

私とミス・ユニバース・ジャパンの関係についてですが、仰る通り私はMUJのナショナル・ディレクターとしての仕事を辞めました。この決断に至った理由として、私は過去ずっと日本人女性が世界一になれると証明した時にナショナル・ディレクターを辞めると言い続けていたからことが挙げられます。私の目標は2007年に実現したため、それから徐々にMUJとの距離を取ることにし、今ようやくその最終段階に至りました。ミス・ユニバースは私の個人的な功績ですが、ミス・ユニバース世界2位になってからレポーター業とモデル業に集中しようとした知花くららにも同じことが言えると思いますし、世界一になった森理世についても、自らバレエスタジオをオープンさせ、自分と同じような自信がつくよう若い女の子達に踊りを教えています。

私が1番大きなプロジェクトと考えていたのは、20代で身長170センチ以上の女性にしか通用しない美のテクニックではなく、年代、人生背景、ライフストーリー、目標に関わらず全ての女性に通じる美のテクニックを伝授することでした。私がMUJから離れていく最中に私のDVD「イネス・シークレット」をプロデュースして下さった企業さんと出会い、日本全国にいる7歳から77歳までの女性に対して美のテクニックを伝授する機会を与えて下さいました。

このDVDに対する反響は大きく、今年末には相当な数が販売されると聞いています。このDVDにある8週間のプログラムを完遂した女性達は驚くほどに変わり、DVD購入者の94%が満足しているとのことです。これはつまり、日本にいる多くの女性がイネス・シークレットを見てそれぞれの美しさを手に入れることを意味しています。

この結果に私はとても満足おり、男性用のプログラムも作ろうと思っています。日本人女性はどんどん変わっていっているにも関わらず、男性が女性のその変化に追いついていないので、男性用のDVDにも大きなニーズがあるのではないのでしょうか。

また、今後は東北太平洋沖地震の被災者のために尽力するつもりです。私は自分と一緒に頑張ってくれる若い女性達を何人か集めました。私がミス・ユニバース・ジャパンのナショナル・ディレクターとして働いてきた13年間が、このような力強い絆を生みだしたことを考えると最高の気持ちです。

Thank you for your kind words. I am touched by your appreciation for my work. It is a big encouragement when I read comments like yours.
I am trying my best to share my views, my life experience with everyone who reads my blog. I live such a full and busy life with work, friends, events, parties and of course my biggest job* being a good Mother and wife, but I am trying to update my blog as frequently as possible because I also love to share my life with all the women out there who read my blog.

Regarding my position at Miss Universe Japan, yes you are correct, I retired from being the National Director. I have made this decision because I have been doing this work with all my heart for years and I always said that I would retired after I proved to Japanese women that they can be number one in the world. It happened in 2007, and so I decided to retire step by step, and distance my self very gradually, with it now being at the final stage. Miss Universe is a personal achievement for me. I believe this is also true for Kurara who decided to concentrate afterwards on being a reporter and a model. This is the case for Riyo as well. She went on to open her own school of ballet and teaches young girls to become as confident as herself.

My biggest project at heart was to teach the same technique of becoming beautiful not to only women who are in their twenties, with a height of above 170 cm, but also to any woman in Japan, of all ages, background, life stories and goals in life. While I was in the process of distancing myself from Miss Universe Japan, I met the company who produces my DVDs Ines Secret and they gave me the opportunity to teach women from 7 to 77 years old living all over Japan.

The response has been a huge reward as I am told that millions of sets will be sold by the end of the year, the results for women that have tried and completed the 8 weeks program already have been absolutely dramatic. The feedback in terms of satisfaction is of 94% which is HUGE, it means that many women in Japan are going to do the INES Secret program and find their own personal achievement.

I am very happy and looking forward to creating the same program for men soon. I think there is a big need for it, because Japanese women are changing but men have a hard time adapting to the changes they see in women.

Also, based on the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami, I am looking forward to start working very hard in the interior areas and trying to help those in needs. I have created an army of young women who are willing to help me make a difference. And this is a beautiful feeling thinking that my 13 years in Japan working for Miss Universe Japan can generate such a powerful engine of goodwill.
